They will make preoperative markings, and will perform extensive checks with attention to detail ensuring high quality care and safety. You will meet the anesthesiologist and their team, as well as the members of our operative team.

During the procedure, our doctors pay meticulous attention to detail, and work as a team to ensure a great result with a focus on safety and quality. Your family will be updated of your status periodically, and will be able to talk with the plastic surgeon one-on-one after the procedure is completed.

What can you expect for recovery after a thigh lift?

Your recovery will depend on the type of procedure performed by your plastic surgeon at The Oaks Plastic Surgery. You will likely have a surgical garment with surgical dressings in place. It is normal to have some drainage on these dressings after surgery. Depending on the type of procedure, you may also have some drain tubes in place. These typically are removed a few days to a few weeks after surgery. You will be given a scar care kit and detailed instructions regarding scar management.
